Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Methods and Service Providers Eazy Arts (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) reserves the right to select and engage any third-party courier or logistics provider for the fulfillment and delivery of customer orders, including but not limited to Ekart, DTDC, Blue Dart, or others, for both standard and express shipping options. Orders are shipped from our primary dispatch facility located in Bangalore (Bengaluru), India. The Company currently provides shipping services to all deliverable locations across India and internationally.
2. Order Processing and Customization Timeline All orders are processed and dispatched within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours from the time of successful placement and payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and government-declared public holidays. For orders that involve customization—including but not limited to custom images, sizes, or personalized designs—processing may be delayed. Each order, including those from standard product categories, is manufactured on-demand. Any delay due to pending customization approval or image-related issues will be communicated to the customer via email or phone.
3. Delivery Timelines Domestic Orders: Delivery is typically completed within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of dispatch. However, the delivery timeframe may extend up to thirty (30) calendar days due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control, such as logistical disruptions, weather conditions, operational delays, or force majeure events. International Orders: Orders shipped outside India may take up to sixty (60) calendar days to be delivered, depending on the country and customs clearance requirements.
4. Shipping Charges and Customer Responsibilities Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on shipping location and method selected. In the event that a customer provides an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address or contact number, and the order becomes undeliverable as a result, the Company shall not be held liable for non-delivery. In such cases, the product will be resent to the correct address only after the original package is returned to the Company and the customer remits the applicable reshipping charges.
5. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries Our shipping partners will make a maximum of two (2) delivery attempts. If the recipient is unavailable or fails to accept the package during these attempts, the package shall be returned to the Company. Any subsequent delivery will be processed only upon receipt of additional shipping fees from the customer. If an order is returned due to a failure on the part of the shipping partner (e.g., no delivery attempt was made), the Company shall bear full responsibility and shall reship the order without any additional charges to the customer.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages If a shipment is reported as damaged or not delivered within fifteen (15) days from the date of dispatch (domestic orders), the customer must contact the Company’s support team at the earliest opportunity. After internal investigation and validation, if
the issue is found to be genuine and not caused by incorrect details or negligence by the customer, the Company will take corrective measures, including reshipping the order or offering an alternative resolution at its sole discretion. Should a domestic order not be delivered within thirty (30) calendar days of dispatch, or an international order within sixty (60) days, the Company shall initiate a replacement shipment at no additional cost to the customer.
7. Limitation of Liability The Company shall not be held liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising due to shipment delays, misdelivery, or non-delivery that occur due to factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: – Acts of God – Natural
disasters – Transport strikes – Political unrest – Disruptions within courier partner networks – Customs clearance delays (for international shipments) Once a replacement is dispatched under any of the aforementioned circumstances, no further claims shall be entertained with regard to the same
order.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
