Returns & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility Eazy Arts (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) does not accept returns under any circumstances unless the product is received in a damaged or unusable condition. No products—including standard kits, custom kits, or any product category—are eligible for return, whether for domestic or international orders.
2. Reporting Damaged Products Customers must raise any issue related to product damage or usability within three (3) calendar days from the date of delivery. Such claims must be supported by a clear and complete unboxing video of the kit showing the damage. The Company will review the footage, and
if found genuine, a replacement will be provided. No monetary refunds will be issued under any condition.
3. Order Cancellation and Refunds Orders may be cancelled only if the product has not yet been processed or worked upon by the Eazy Arts team. In such cases, the refund will be issued solely as Eazy Arts Wallet Credit. No refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Return Shipping Responsibilities In cases where the return of a product is requested and approved by the Company, the customer shall be responsible for all associated shipping costs. The Company does not provide pickup services. The customer must arrange for the return shipment at their own cost and ensure the item reaches us within seven (7) calendar days from the date of product receipt.
5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products All products sold on the Eazy Arts website are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, including personalized or custom kits. These terms apply without exception.
6. Dispute Resolution and Final Authority The Company retains full and final authority to approve or reject any request for return, replacement, or refund. All decisions taken by Eazy Arts in this regard shall be binding and conclusive. The Company shall not entertain claims that do not comply with this policy.
7. Customer Support & Assistance Although our products are non-returnable, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you face any issues with your order, we encourage you to contact our support team. We will make all reasonable efforts to assist and guide you toward resolving your
concerns.
8. Governing Law This Returns and Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
