No proper instructions to order and very difficult — I’m really sorry to tell that, It was impossible to see the print. And no offense but I wanna say something, you have a lot of options in your website and i appreciate that as customer. But some of them are extremely difficult like the one I ordered, as a non painting customer I only look at the overall picture and decide. I hope you mention the hardness level or give a second thought on your complicated designs. Coming to my design after seeing the print I had no motivation to start it because it was very difficult and very light. The service was good and I like the quick response to my question.
